Hi this is just a short note to let you know how impressed I was with the young man, Zak, who is in your employ. for his age he is very nature knowledge-able about his job and career, and struck me as very dependable. I was completely amazed with his maturity and his personality in dealing with customers and also his efficiency in doing the repair. Please place me on your yearly preventive maintenance list to have my A/C checked out.

I am writing this letter in appreciation for you and your company repairing my central air conditioning system in a prompt, courteous and efficient manner.

On August 1st my air conditioning system stopped working in the midst of a heat spell. When I called I spoke to a lady and she said she would relay the message to you as you were on a service call. The same day you returned my call. As I related my problem to you, you told me how busy you were due to the heat wave. I thanked you for your effort and said "I would appreciate any help you can give me as I have a sickly invalid wife who cannot get out of the house". You paused for a moment to think (I imagine) and then said "Are you going to be home for a while?" I was elated to say the least. When you arrived, you quickly determined a capacitor on the fan motor was weak and that could be the cause of the problem. You went back to your shop and picked up a capacitor and returned to install it. Sure enough that worked and the fan motor started running.
